Getting Started:
What To Expect

First steps - we book a 15 min free consultation, where we introduce ourselves (usually over the phone), speak about what you would like to work on and see if you would like to book a further session to begin.

 

Due to the high demands of society and finding a therapist that fits your busy life style, I offer ONLY remote online sessions. Sessions are typically weekly and last 50 minutes.

If we decide to go ahead,  I will send you some information for you to review and fill out before we next meet.

​

Equally if you are under an Insurance Company - at the consultation, please let me know that you want to use your cover to fund your treatment. 

 

In the first appointment I do an assessment, this helps me formulate (understand) which intervention (therapy approach) maybe useful for you.

At the end of the first session, we will usually make an initial agreement, i.e. day, time and a rough idea of the number of sessions.
