What is Psychology?

Simply put, its the study of the mind and behaviour. Here we can explore ways of talking through whats on your mind, that often affects not only your emotions, but how this impacts your behaviour and other factors in your life such as: Career, relationships difficulties, health, friendships and family dynamics.
